Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse works Monday to Saturday during regular business hours and is closed on national holidays; we keep any delay to a minimum.

Delivery timelines

Domestic (India): usually 2 to 7 days after dispatch.

International: delivery time depends on the country. The estimated number of days for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay and is included in your order total.

Out-of-stock items

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel and refund that item and ship the rest of your order.

Missed delivery

If you cannot receive the parcel, you can ask the courier to re-attempt delivery on another day or collect the parcel from their office.

International customs & duties

Orders shipped outside India may attract customs duty or import tax in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee.
