Payment Policy

How you can pay

We accept online payments through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure window and are never stored on our website.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. The shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed after the payment succeeds; you receive an email with the order details. If money is deducted but you do not see a confirmation, please wait a few minutes (we also get a confirmation directly from Razorpay) and then contact us with the payment reference.

Failed or double payments

If a payment fails, any amount debited is returned to your account by your bank / Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. For a double payment write to owner@example.in or WhatsApp +919876543210.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, follow our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and are made to the original payment method.
